Scheduled to Launch on Valentine's Day’06, This Innovative Philanthropic Outreach Sets a New Standard in How Publishing Can Make a Difference in Children's Lives.

The launch for MANNERS I. CARE will be fueled by a multi-dimensional advertising, publicity and marketing campaign, featuring:

  • A coast to coast national media tour with personal appearances and a live stage extravaganza.
  • An extensive PSA (Public Service Announcement) outreach and advertising, masterminded and implemented by the former Senior Vice President, Creative Director, Strategic Marketing World-wide, Sony Pictures Entertainment.
  • Live event performances at state and county fairs, conferences and conventions, neighborhood fests, among other grassroots venues.
  • Strategic word of mouth initiatives and other guerrilla marketing techniques.
  • Aggressive product licensing spearheaded by the former Vice President, World-wide Licensing MCA/ Universal Studios.
  • Radio telephone tour in primary and secondary markets.
  • Co-promotional alliances with corporate sponsors, that raise awareness and provide resources to selected non-profits.

The MANNERS I. CARE launch represents a publishing milestone as it marks the first time a children’s title has ever been developed in tandem with a national effort to help disconnected kids on this scale. The entire project is the brainchild of author David Bruce. Bruce’s marketing team consists of some of the industry’s most respected executives, among whom are: Bill Wallen, former Senior Vice President, Creative Director, Strategic Marketing World-wide for Sony Pictures Entertainment, and the creative force behind the children’s book phenomenon THERE’S A MOON IN MY ROOM; and Steve Adler, former Vice President World-wide Licensing M.C.A. Universal Studios.
